Antigua also known as Wadadli by the locals is a beautiful island in the Caribbean surrounded by white sand beaches. It is in the Lesser Antilles and is one of the Leeward islands in the Caribbean Archipelago. Antigua is home to 365 beautiful beaches which covers majority of the island’s coastline. Along with these beaches are several historic ruins which have been preserved from Antigua’s colonial past. The island has over 100 hotels and guest houses for persons wishing to visit this 108 square mile island of paradise.

Cruise Ships
There are several cruise ships lines which offer packages to visit a list of Caribbean islands and Antigua and Barbuda is on the list. The ships are docked at the Antigua Cruise Port in Redcliffe Quay in the capital St. John.

Ferry Services
There are two main ferry service which transports persons from Antigua to Barbuda and vice versa. These are Barbuda Express and Codrington Express which takes around 90 mins per trip.
Barbuda Express Ferry Service & Day Tour is a high-speed catamaran built for comfort which can be boarded at the ferry dock in St. John’s harbour located at the end of High Street in Antigua. You can view more information on their official page Barbudaexpress
Codrington Express Ferry Service is ‘The most affordable, reliable, high-speed ferry’! It has the capacity to carry 150 persons in a fully air-conditioned tv cabin or on the upper deck where you can lounge in the sun.
